Girl Wakes Up Inside Her Coffin During Funeral in Guatemala
A quiet village in Guatemala recently witnessed an incident straight out of a terrifying thriller. Mourners gathered around a open coffin to bid farewell to a fifteen-year-old girl. Suddenly, an impossible movement inside the wooden casket froze the entire room in silence.
The teenager, Yuleidy Ixcotoyac, had collapsed just hours earlier in front of her helpless father. Her family believed she was gone forever. Yet, what unfolded during her funeral left an entire community questioning reality. The sun.co.uk reported this on October 12.
The nightmare began on a quiet road in El Jocote. Yuleidy was travelling alongside her father, an evangelical pastor named Abraham. Without any warning, the teenager collapsed motionless inside the vehicle.
Panic immediately gripped her father. He checked for a pulse but felt nothing. Convinced that his daughter had passed away, he returned home with heartbreaking news. Funeral preparations began almost immediately among grieving relatives.
Friends and family gathered around the casket to offer their final prayers. Then, the impossible happened inside the crowded room. Yuleidy’s mother noticed a slight twitch beneath the funeral shroud.
Grief instantly transformed into utter shock. Gasps echoed through the room as the young girl opened her eyes. To everyone’s astonishment, she slowly sat upright inside her own coffin.
