Biden again called Putin a butcher

Joe Biden has called Putin a “butcher” and said that the USA could have protected Ukraine from the Russian president.

The American leader said this in his speech while addressing voters in North Carolina.

“We could finally protect Ukraine from this butcher Putin if we increased taxes for billionaires,” Joe Biden said.

He also called for increasing taxes on billionaires in the states current 8.2% to 25%, which would raise up to $400 billion over the next 10 years.

Part of these funds, according to Biden, could be used to help partner countries.

Previously, former US President Donald Trump began praising the pro-Russian Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban at a meeting.

“Orban is the boss. No, he’s a great leader, a fantastic leader,” Trump said.
