The war will not end until the liberation of Crimea
The war will not end until the liberation of Crimea. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during an interview for CNN.
What the leader of the state said in an interview:
Putin’s response to the “Wagnerites” rebellion was weak, the dictator is losing control over his own people. All that vertical of power, which had, is simply collapsing. At the same time, half of Russia supports Prigozhin, the leader of the military-industrial complex.
As long as Crimea is under Russian occupation, it means only one thing: the war is not over yet. When asked if there is a scenario in which there can be a world without Crimea, Zelensky said: “Then it will not be a victory.”
The President said he was surprised when the media started reporting on his meeting with CIA Director William Burns, stressing that this should always happen behind the scenes:
“The situation is quite simple. We have a good relationship with the head of the CIA, we communicate. I told him about all the important things related to the battlefield that we need.”
