Scandal in China over Yuntai Falls
In China, a scandal has erupted around the famous and picturesque Yuntai waterfall.
This happened after one of the tourists noticed that the water there flowed from the pipes. About it reports BBC.
Yuntai Falls is called the highest continuous waterfall in China and is often described as a natural wonder.
However, it turned out that its turbulent flow is artificially maintained with water from a water pipe.
A video showing pipes sticking out of the waterfall went viral on local social networks and caused a great outcry over the fact that the water source here was not as natural as everyone had previously thought.
As a result, the management of Yuntai Mountain Park, where the attraction is located, had to justify themselves.
They explained that they made “small improvements” to the natural waterfall to make it look spectacular even in the dry season.

It is noted that many social media users were sympathetic to the situation.
They expressed the opinion that tourists would be upset if they reached here after traveling a long way but would not see anything because of the drought.
Others said that after such news, this waterfall can no longer be called the most picturesque one.
