The agreement includes an initial six-week phase, which provides for a ceasefire.

Then, there will be a gradual withdrawal of IDF forces from the central part of the Gaza Strip.

Other details of the agreement are also reported:

1. There will be a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Civilians in Gaza will be allowed to return to the north of the region, and Israeli troops will partially withdraw.

2. Shipments of 600 trucks with humanitarian aid every day as part of the agreement, 50 of which will include fuel, and 300 will reach the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

3. Hamas will release 33 Israelis, including all women, children and men over 50. Hamas will first release hostages under 19, then men over 50.

4. Israel will release 30 Palestinian prisoners for each kidnapped person and 50 for each female soldier. Israel will release all Palestinian women and children under 19 arrested since October 7.

5. The number of Palestinians to be released will depend on the number of kidnapped people who are released, and could range from 990 to 1,650, including men, children and women.

Negotiations on the next stages will begin on day 16, but a further truce (i.e., a ceasefire after the 6-week period) is not guaranteed.
