Musk Says Putin Cannot Lose in Ukraine, Oppose Senate Bill

In Brazil, a court suspended the operation of X

It became known that the Brazilian court ordered the immediate suspension of X because of the social network’s refusal to appoint an official representative in the country.

The judge’s decision is due to the fact that the social network and its owner, Elon Musk, repeatedly failed to fulfill court orders.

In particular, one of the outstanding court orders was to appoint an official representative in the country.

The judgment also suggests blocking the bank accounts and financial assets of the “companies involved.”

In addition, any person or company that tries to circumvent the ban on access to X, for example, by using a VPN, will be fined.

Fines are also imposed on the social network itself because of its refusal to delete accounts that, according to the judge, violated the law or spread false information.
