Illegals tried to break through the Polish border from Belarus

It is reported that foreigners tried to break through the Polish border from Belarus. This is reported by Straż Graniczna.

Border guards and military officers repelled an attempt of a group of more than 220 foreigners to illegally cross the border from Belarus.

An attempt to cross the border through the Przewloka River was made at the border crossing point in Bialowieza.

A group of more than 220 foreigners tried to enter Poland illegally in this way. The foreigners were very aggressive.

They threw tree branches and stones in the direction of border guard patrols and the Polish army to make their way to the west of Europe.

During the incident, a dangerous weapon made of wood and nails was seized from the foreigners.

The attempt was successfully thwarted. The migrants retreated deep into Belarus.
