A smart bed that protects against earthquakes
Outwardly, at first glance, this rescue bed looks like an ordinary bed.
But in the event of an earthquake, the bed automatically slides apart, and the person falls inside.
Then the lid over the bed closes, forming a protective sarcophagus.
Inside are respirators, medical supplies, and enough water and food to survive an earthquake.
A question about the possibility of an arm or leg getting jammed when the lid is closed was also answered by the inventors.
The crib is controlled by a controller with sensors, and it will not close until the person’s body is completely down.
