Volodymyr Zelensky criticized NATO countries
The leader of the country, Volodymyr Zelensky, criticized the NATO countries for their uncertain position on inviting Ukraine to the Alliance.
“We have received signals that wording without Ukraine is being discussed. It is unprecedented and absurd when there is no time frame for both the invitation (!), and for Ukraine’s membership.”
“It seems that there is no readiness either to invite Ukraine to NATO or to make it a member of the Alliance.” Therefore, there remains an opportunity to bargain Ukraine’s membership in NATO in negotiations with Russia, and for Russia this means motivation to continue its terror in the future.”
“Uncertainty is weakness. And I will discuss it frankly at the summit,” wrote the President of Ukraine.
