Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Boris Johnson communicated with students of the Kyiv National University named after.
During the conversation, the President of Ukraine asked Johnson with humor how it happened that he became an honorary citizen of Kyiv, while the President of Ukraine did not.
“How did you become an honorary citizen of Kyiv? Even I’m not special.”
In response, the ex-Minister of Great Britain promised to organize a similar status for Volodymyr Zelensky in London and additionally free travel around the city.
“Mr. President, when you come to London, you will become our honorary citizen, and we will also give you free travel.”
