Unusual green pigeon surprised users of social networks

It became known about an unusual bright green pigeon that was spotted on the streets of Northampton, England.

Such a bird with an original color has been regularly appearing in the city center for several weeks and has become popular in social networks and among locals.

Robin Hinkmott, one of the eyewitnesses, spotted the bird and captured it in a photo. He said he speculates that the pigeon may have been colored for an event.

Another local resident, Alex Zambon, shared that the pigeon has become almost a landmark.

“People specifically come here from London to see it. It’s really unusual for Northampton,” the man commented.

Experts also noted the green dove and suggested that the bird was white in color and was probably repainted by a person.

Despite the bright coloration, the pigeon has no problems with adaptation and successfully competes for food, maintaining its ability to fly.

Meanwhile, jokes continue on social media about whether the pigeon is a “radioactive mutant” or even the “Incredible Hulk of the avian world.”

However, experts assure us there is no danger to others.
