Ukrainian MaxxPro crew rescues wounded civilian
Ukrainian military personnel in a MaxxPro armored vehicle carried out a risky rescue operation in Pokrovsk.
The crew interrupted their mission to evacuate a civilian wounded by a Russian drone.
This was reported on the page of the 68th Separate Rifle Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush.
While carrying out their mission, the crew saw civilians on the road trying to help a man wounded by a Russian drone strike.
“Our soldiers reported what they saw to their command and received orders to help immediately,” the Ukrainian military said.
The crew turned the armored vehicle around and performed a dangerous maneuver, overcoming Russian mines and shelling to evacuate the wounded man.
Earlier, there were reports of a Ukrainian soldier’s miraculous rescue during combat. One bullet hit the GoPro camera attached to his helmet, and the second ricocheted off the helmet.
