Swedish Health Minister faints

Newly appointed Swedish Health Minister Elisabeth Lann fainted during her first press conference in her new role.

The incident occurred the day after her appointment, according to Swedish television channel SVT.

Lann fell right next to the podium, hitting her head. After receiving first aid, the minister briefly returned to the journalists.

She explained that she fainted due to a sharp drop in blood sugar.

Despite these explanations, it was decided to postpone the press conference until a later time.
