Russian transportation minister found dead
Russian Transport Minister Roman Starovoit, whom Putin sent to resign today, has shot himself. This is reported by the media.
He was found dead in the Moscow region. Preliminary, he committed suicide in his home in the Odintsovsky district.
The minister shot himself with the award weapon received from the leadership of the Russian Interior Ministry in 2023.
It is known that today’s dismissal of the official came amid the ongoing collapse in Russian airports.
He was also the governor of the Kursk region shortly before the AFU forces entered there.
Putin today sent the minister to resign, with his deputy temporarily taking his place.

Nearly 500 flights have been canceled in Russia in two days: airports in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities are overcrowded.
Rosaviatsia reports that airlines have canceled 485 flights since July 5;
almost 2 thousand flights were delayed for departure and arrival.
