Earlier, the first ballot stuffing scandal occurred at the parliamentary elections in Georgia.

The attempt to influence the outcome of the vote was caught on video. A criminal case has been opened.

According to local media, the ballot stuffing took place at a polling station in the city of Marneuli. Now this polling station is closed.

In the man with a pack of ballots on the video social networks, users identified a local official.

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Georgia said that the Interior Ministry has opened a criminal case on the fact of ballot stuffing.

It is also reported that physical violence was used against the observer who recorded the ballot stuffing on video.
