Mass protests in Bangladesh
At least 105 people have died during mass protests in Bangladesh.
As a result of clashes with security forces, more than a thousand people were injured.
The injuries included about a hundred police officers and thirty journalists, writes @novaya_europe.
Protests in the country continue for five days. Against this background, the authorities have restricted access to the Internet and imposed a curfew.
Many opposition party leaders, activists and students have been arrested, local politicians reported.
Police said protesters stormed a prison, freed more than 800 inmates, and then set it on fire.
Activists also vandalized and set fire to many police and government buildings, as well as the offices of television stations.
