The jury of eight women and four men reached a verdict after six hours of deliberation.

Earlier, Ni Limehin said that McGregor and his friend James Lawrence committed violence against her in a hotel in Dublin after taking drugs.

According to the victim, she called an ambulance when she returned home.

The defense alleged extortion and fraud, but the jury found her testimony credible.
