Foreign media are reporting the start of a meeting via video conference of the leaders of the G20 countries.

The president of the aggressor state of the Russian Federation, who missed the organization’s last offline summit after the invasion of Ukraine, will speak at it.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported that US President Biden and Chinese leader Xi Jinping refused to participate in this event.

Recently, the leaders of these countries met, after which the US President again called Xi Jinping a dictator.
