An An-24 airplane crashed in Russia

It became known that in Russia crashed passenger plane An-24. This was reported by Reuters.

It is reported that a few kilometers from the airport of the city of Tynda when approaching for landing the plane disappeared from radar.

After the dispatcher’s requests, the An-24 passenger plane of Angara Airlines did not make contact.

It was en route Khabarovsk-Blagoveshchensk-Tynda. Preliminarily, there were 42 passengers, among them five children, and 6 crew members on board.

A search helicopter found the burning fuselage of the airplane but was unable to land due to the dense forest around it.
