A party was organized in Germany for elderly people over 90 years old
It became known that in Germany for the first time there was a party for pensioners over 90 years old.
This is reported by BILD correspondent Thomas Fischer, who visited the disco for the elderly.
The party took place on Friday afternoon on Richard Wagner Square in the center of Leipzig.
About 20 pensioners over 90 years old were taken there in three vans. Many were on walkers and in wheelchairs.
They were treated to a 35-year-old DJ, Ronnie Chicago. He put on the hottest hits from the 1950s and 1960s.
The event was organized by a local Protestant church charity.
The party attracted so much attention that several “trespassers” – retired 70–80-year-olds – got in.
