A golden Koran was found in the bunker of Bashar al-Assad’s brother

A video of what is claimed to be a bunker under Mahir Assad’s palace has appeared online.

The building is equipped for comfortable living. In the video you can notice a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, and an iron vault door like a bank.

The author of the video claims to have seen a lot of gold and weapons. A Koran in a gold binding is also caught in the frame.

Mahir al-Assad was one of the most powerful men in Syria.

He commanded an elite armored division. Where Bashar al-Assad’s brother is now is unknown.

In September 2024, there were reports about the death of Mahir al-Assad as a result of an Israeli airstrike.

However, these data have not been confirmed.
