A giant iceberg may destroy an entire village in Greenland
It became known that the Greenland authorities announced the evacuation of residents of one of the settlements because of a giant iceberg.
It is reported that the height of this giant exceeds 100 meters, and the weight, according to experts, may reach 11 million tons.
The iceberg was first spotted near the coast a week ago, but later the current carried it away from the island. However, it later returned to the shore and is now almost motionless.

Because of this, local authorities have closed the fish factory in the village and announced an evacuation and are asking residents to be extremely cautious.
Experts say that if the iceberg splits, huge waves will be formed that can wash away the settlement.
This is not the first such case. The last time an iceberg was nailed to the coast was in 2018, but it too was carried back by the current.
