Boxer Oleksandr Usyk said that in the future he plans to run for president of Ukraine.
He spoke about this during an interview on the YouTube channel “Seconds Out”.
When asked about his upcoming plans after his fight with Briton Tyson Fury, the Ukrainian boxer answered.
“I will become the absolute champion again, and then I will quit and go to run for president… Zelensky should not worry. Because he has the power,” Oleksandr Usyk said.
Oleksandr Usyk’s next fight will be with Briton Daniel Dubois. The boxing evening is scheduled for August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland at the “Tarczyński Aren”. All belts of the Ukrainian champion will be at stake.
