Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune has grown almost six times in two years. This is reported by Bloomberg.
The founder of Facebook became the fourth person in history to overcome this mark.
The agency notes that when in 2021 Zuckerberg announced his intention to create a meta-universe based on Facebook, he was not believed.
At first glance, it seemed like a colossal mistake that could have spared him $100 billion in net worth.
However, investors ended up believing in the idea, and now it is more than paying off.
Because of the surge in Meta stock, Zuckerberg’s net worth has grown almost six times in less than two years.
Currently, American inventor Elon Musk ranks first according to the Bloomberg index.
The total value of his assets is equal to $265 billion, in second place Bezos with $216 billion, in third place – Zuckerberg with $200 billion.
The richest person according to Forbes, Arnault, is in fourth place with a fortune of $183 billion.
