How Does Artificial Intelligence Work in the Kitchen?
Chef Aiman was trained on tens of thousands of recipes, scientific papers on molecular gastronomy, data about flavor pairings, chemical composition of ingredients, and guest preferences. The AI analyzes all this information and generates completely new combinations.
However, the developers emphasize that the physical preparation of dishes is still 100 % done by human chefs. Artificial intelligence acts only as a creative co-author, not as a full replacement.

Most experts remain skeptical. They believe that artificial intelligence still lacks the intuition, emotional sensitivity, and true creativity that only humans possess.
An Oxford University study supports these doubts: out of 316 professions most likely to be automated in the coming decades, the profession of chef ranked only 213th.
