Famous British actor and comedian Stephen Fry has visited the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his visit to Kyiv.
The comedian shared a joke with the Ukrainian leader, which he had previously told on an underground standup show.
The joke about Russian war criminals Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev also made the Ukrainian leader laugh.
“If Putin and Medvedev fell, who would hit the ground first? Do you know?” – Stephen Fry asked the Ukrainian.
The president replied that he did not know, so the artist continued, using foul language, “Who cares?”.
Fry presented a documentary called Stephen Fry into Ukraine on July 31 on his YouTube channel.
The film was shot in the fall of 2023, during his visit to Ukraine.
The film shows Fry discussing the war with Zelenskyy and interacting with wounded Ukrainian defenders.
He also experienced an air raid by Russian occupiers on Kyiv during the filming.
