Using long-range weapons, Ukraine will be able to effectively defend itself

And the USA again said that it would not allow Ukraine to hit Russian territory with American weapons

“The secretary of defense emphasized that our position on this issue has not changed,” Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said.

He said the United States is focused on securing Ukraine to liberate its sovereign territory.
