The group of snipers “Ghosts” are part of a separate presidential brigade named after Hetman Bogdan Khmelnytskyi of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.

This elite unit, popularly called the “Ghosts of Bakhmut,” fights near the occupied city and conducts night raids in the surrounding area.
