It is reported that the Ukrainian military has probably begun to use Vampire anti-drone systems against Russian drones.
This is stated by the publication Defense Express.
According to analysts, the Vampire system was most likely used to repel the Shahed attack on the night of February 11.
Then the press service of the Ukrainian Navy released a video recording of the combat activities of its air defense units.
The video of the Ukrainian Naval Forces shows how anti-aircraft gunners take aim at the enemy Shahed drone, but for this they use an unknown optical-electronic station.
After this, a rocket is fired that hits the drone, causing the Shahed to lose control and crash.
These images likely indicate the first published combat footage of Vampire missile launchers using APKWS guided missiles.
