Ukrainian army advances in Kursk region, supported by tanks and fighter jets

What at first appeared to be a shallow offensive has actually developed into something much more dangerous for Russian control over its territory in Kursk Region.

This happened after the Ukrainian military broke through the defense of the Russian army on another section of the border.

Ukrainian tanks entered the Russian village of Veseloye, and a bomber dropped a guided planning bomb on a building where Russian military personnel were stationed.

Now, after the new breakthrough, Russian troops will have to abandon their territories to avoid encirclement.

With the efforts of the Ukrainian army, the Russian group of troops numbering about 8 thousand people may find themselves surrounded in the Kursk region.

The published video shows a Ukrainian armored column that has broken through the border and is moving towards the village of Veseloye, in the Russian rear.

Earlier, Russian prisoners of war who were captured by the Ukrainian army in Russia’s Kursk Region appealed to Putin.

The captured Russians asked Putin to exchange them for Ukrainian prisoners of war.
