Ukraine wants to receive JASSM missiles from the US

Information has appeared that Ukraine wants to receive JASSM missiles for F-16 aircraft from the United States in the future.

Rockets of this type will help in the liberation of the Crimea. This is reported by Forbes.

JASSM is a two-ton stealth cruise missile with a range of up to 370 km.

This type of missile is on Kyiv’s wish list, as F-16s are not yet compatible with Storm Shadow/SCALP, unlike JASSM.

“JASSM-equipped F-16 fighter jets could be critical to Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov’s long-term plan to retake Crimea “without a fight,” analysts at California-based RAND Corporation said.
