Ukraine is developing a missile capable of hitting Moscow
Ukrainian developers of the Trembita missile said that its basic range has already reached 200 kilometers (124 miles).
This range of the missile currently allows it to reach strategic targets in the Russian Federation.
However, in order for the missile to reach Moscow, a more powerful model is being developed in Ukraine, The Economist writes, citing the Ukrainian military.
Developers have begun work on a more powerful and larger modification that will be able to reach the Russian capital.
As recently as last year, the developers said the missile’s range was only 140 kilometers (87 miles).
According to the latest reports, it is expected that by the end of the year 2025 it will be possible to establish serial production of 3,000 missiles.
It is also noted that Ukraine is currently developing more than 10 missile projects in total, some of which are already ready.
Earlier, it was reported that the Ukrainian military for the first time managed to destroy a Bulsae-4 missile launcher from North Korea.
Combat drones tracked down one of these vehicles and blew it up along with the missiles that were in the Bulsae-4 launcher.
The self-propelled missile system transferred by North Korea to the Russian Army was destroyed.
