Two Ukrainian fighters engaged in combat with a Russian sabotage group consisting of eight people and, with the support of drones, completely destroyed it.
This was reported on the page of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skala.”
“Eight occupiers enter Novotoreckoe. Our group is in the house. The enemy does not know about this,” is how the beginning of the battle is described in the video.
“They open fire. With their first shots, the fighters destroy three Russians, then work with a grenade launcher,” the message says.
After that, the Russians hid in buildings, where the rest of the group was tracked down by Ukrainian drones.
“Two of our fighters stopped the enemy’s assault group,” the regiment summed up, recalling that earlier in the day, a Russian group attempting to enter the village on motorcycles had also been eliminated.
Earlier, it was reported that a war crime had not gone unanswered: the Ukrainian Armed Forces found and avenged three Russian soldiers who shot and killed an unarmed civilian on a bicycle.
