Two Russian T-72 tanks destroyed

Fighters from the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ assault regiment reported the destruction of two Russian tanks, which have recently become a rare sight on the battlefield.

The corresponding video was posted on social media by the Pentagon unmanned aerial vehicle battalion.

The Ukrainian military reports that these were two Russian T-72 tanks with a total value of about $6 million.

The first T-72BV tank was destroyed quickly because its ammunition began to detonate after being hit by a Ukrainian drone.

The second Russian tank took longer to destroy. It had no ammunition, so the drones had to hit the barrel and engine to take the vehicle out of action.

“Tanks have become rare on the battlefield. When such a target is detected, our fiber optic drones take to the sky. This is a 90% guarantee of destruction. Russian electronic warfare systems have no effect on such drones,” the military reports.

Earlier it was reported that Russian so-called military correspondents mistook their T-90M tank for an allegedly destroyed Leopard 2 and took joyful photos until it became clear that it was burned Russian equipment.
