US President-elect Donald Trump has new territorial claims to other countries.
Trump said that Washington needs to establish control over Greenland, which is now the territory of Denmark.
Donald Trump wrote about this in his social network Truth Social, announcing the candidacy of the ambassador to Denmark.
According to him, ownership of the island is an absolute necessity for the US for national security and freedom around the world.
During his first presidential term, the Republican had already stated his desire to buy Greenland.
But then the Danish authorities called the idea absurd. Because of this refusal, Trump even canceled a trip to Denmark.
Recall that recently the President-elect offered Canada to become the “51st state of the United States” and threatened Panama to take away the Panama Canal.
