Time magazine has named the most influential women in 2024.
The list includes the wife of the late opposition activist Alexei Navalny, Yulia, and the famous singer Dua Lipa.
Publications with photos of these women on the cover of the edition published on Instagram. Yulia Navalny, as is known, topped the “Leaders” category.
The entry of the Russian woman in the list of Time commented on the Vice-President of the United States Kamala Harris.
She recalled how Yulia Navalnaya spoke at the Munich Security Conference – this happened after the news of her husband’s death.
Harris noted that the Russian woman “condemned the lies and cruelty of the Russian authorities with great courage.”
“Yulia Navalnaya has now taken a leadership role on the world stage. She has pledged to continue her husband’s fight for justice”, Kamala Harris stated.
As for singer Dua Lipa, the British performer is of Kosovo origin, a songwriter, designer and model.
Her music career started from the age of 14 with performing covers of songs by Christina Aguilera, Nelly Furtado and other famous artists. The girl began to post her videos with compositions on YouTube.
The 28-year-old celebrity has gained real popularity in the United States and for her career is the owner of many prestigious awards.
