It became known that the Polish chess player refused to shake the hand of his Russian opponent.

A video was published on social networks.

Russian chess player Denis Khismatullin extended his hand to Jan-Krzysztof Duda, who was sitting at the chessboard, at the World Speed Chess Championship.

But the Pole did not want to shake hands with the representative of the aggressor state and showed that he did not want to touch him.

It is reported that chess player Khismatulin actively supports the war against Ukraine and the invasion of Russian occupiers.
