The soldier throws his grenade, and immediately, having instantly got his bearings, manages to send an enemy grenade back to the Russians’ shelter.

The published footage shows that the grenade fell next to the Ukrainian defender.

But the paratrooper did not lose his head and managed to throw his grenade, and then added an enemy grenade.
