SpaceX has successfully tested the Starship

It became known that SpaceX has successfully tested its Starship after a series of recent failures.

The world’s largest spacecraft launched from Texas at 22:30 GMT and successfully completed its 10th test flight.

The Super Heavy rocket booster separated from the ship and, according to plan, ended the flight in the Gulf of Mexico.

It is reported that the Starship mission itself lasted just over an hour.

The ship deployed several Starlink satellite simulators in orbit, after which it made a controlled landing in the Indian Ocean.

Earlier, Elon Musk said that in 2026 Starship will be able to go to Mars, and NASA plans to use the ship for a manned flight to the moon.

Test launches of the ship have been conducted since 2023, and so far only 2 out of 9 previous launches have been recognized as successful.
