Scientists have discovered a new species of dinosaur
A fossil of a previously unknown dinosaur has been found in Argentina, with the bone of an ancient crocodile stuck in its mouth.
Experts estimate the age of the unknown dinosaur to be 66 million years old. This was reported by Sky News.
The unique features of the bones allowed experts to conclude that this could be a new species.
The dinosaur was named Joaquinraptor casali and belongs to the Megaraptoridae family. The dinosaur’s body length reached seven meters.
According to scientists, the specimen was about 19 years old, but the exact cause of death could not be determined.
