It became known that Arnold Schwarzenegger was detained during a customs inspection at Munich airport. This was reported by BILD.
According to the publication’s journalists, the actor and politician was flying through Germany to Kitzbühel, Austria, for the World Climate Summit.
During the customs inspection, customs officers became interested in the actor’s watch from the Swiss brand Audemars Piguet.
Thomas Master, a spokesman for the Munich General Customs Office, said that the movie star was being checked for tax evasion.
He should have registered the watch because it is an import.
It is also reported that German customs officers interrogated Schwarzenegger for three hours and allegedly asked very personal questions.
This unique watch was custom-made especially for Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The actor wanted to sell the clock at the charity auction.
