Putin’s daughter received a billion rubles
Putin’s eldest daughter received a billion rubles from deals with Gazprom.
Maria Vorontsova is a co-owner of the Nomeco company. In 2020, the company’s profit amounted to 600 million rubles.
Of these, Vorontsova received 232 million rubles as a shareholder and about 700 thousand rubles, monthly, as salary.
In just three years, the income of the Russian dictator’s daughter amounted to almost a billion rubles, according to an investigation by Alexei Navalny’s associates.
It is alleged that Nomeco’s source of income is the insurance company SOGAZ, owned by Gazprom.
Among the owners was Putin’s friend Yuri Kovalchuk.
Before the invasion of Ukraine, SOGAZ paid Nomeco a billion a year; in 2022, Nomeco bought out the SOGAZ Medicine clinics.
Putin’s daughter Vorontsova herself is an endocrinologist by profession.
The authors of the investigation found that her professional activities bring her approximately 200 thousand rubles a month.
She receives about 110 thousand for her work at Moscow State University at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine, 35 thousand for the Russian Association of Endocrinologists.
