Putin has said he will not go to the G20 summit in Brazil in November.
The Russian dictator said he would not go there to, as he claimed, “not to disrupt” the event.
At the same time, he boasts that he could go to the summit despite an arrest warrant from the ISS, whose jurisdiction Brazil recognizes.
“Restrictions of this kind are easily circumvented. It is enough to sign an intergovernmental agreement and that’s it, the jurisdiction of the ISS will be limited,” he said.
We shall remind you that Ukraine earlier called on Brazil to arrest Putin if he attends the G20 summit.
The Kremlin recently said that it was considering Putin’s participation in the event.
Brazil sent him an invitation to the meeting of leaders of the G20 countries in Rio de Janeiro on November 18-19.
