War in Ukraine

Either excitement or illness, there is something hiding in the behavior of the Russian dictator. Putin never once moved his hands when he threatened the whole world with missiles

Putin did not move his hands once during the address

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has never moved his hands or fingers during his address. About it, writes Bild.

Putin made a video address, saying that the Ukrainian city of Dnipro was hit by the newest medium-range missile “Oreshnik”.

The speech lasted 7 minutes and 45 seconds. BILD expert Julian Röpke notes that Putin did not move his hands once during the entire time, they were as if glued to the table.

Previously, Putin often gesticulated during his addresses.

Perhaps this time it is a video montage, when immobile hands were “drawn” to the body.

This could have been done because of the dictator’s illness or to hide his excitement. Notes the BILD expert.

Already on Friday, at a meeting with the Defense Ministry leadership, Putin was thumbing through speech sheets and occasionally gesticulating.

Earlier, Putin said that the decision on the serial production of the new Oreshnik missile had been made.

Russia will continue to test the Oreshnik system, including in combat conditions, depending on the threats.

He is also again trying to scare everyone by saying that this weapon is highly accurate and has no analogues in the whole world.
