Police searched the office of South Korean President Yun Seok-yol as part of an investigation into the imposition of martial law.

The publication reports that the head of state was informed of suspicion of rebellion and coup, forbidding him to leave the country.

Yun Seok Yol became the first President who received a ban on leaving South Korea.

At the same time, it is also reported that ex-defense minister Kim Yong Hyun attempted suicide.

It happened in a Seoul prison where he is being held on charges of state treason. He was detained three days after his resignation.

The representative of the correctional institution said that now the condition of the former minister is stable.
