American billionaire Elon Musk after the election rented a cottage on the territory of the estate of President-elect Donald Trump.
This was reported by The New York Times with reference to interlocutors.
As the NYT notes, since the US presidential election, Musk has been living in one of the cottages rented out at Trump’s estate in Mar-a-Lago in Florida.
The cottage where Musk lives is called Banyan and is located dozens of meters from the main house.
“He may have attended Trump dinners, such as a recent meeting with Musk’s rival, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos,” the reporters said.
Musk is not the only member of the newly elected president’s inner circle living on the estate.
Vice President-elect J.D. Vance has also stayed at one of the Mar-a-Lago cottages during his visits to Palm Beach.
Other people also used the cottages after Election Day. However, few were as regular a guest as Musk, the NYT adds.
