Mpox strain spreads across Europe

The disease is transmitted through touch. A dangerous strain of smallpox is rapidly spreading across Europe. This is reported by The Sun.

The Mpox strain is raging in Central Africa, but is migrating: 110 “infected” countries are known.

Most cases are mild, but the disease kills one in 10 of those infected and causes miscarriages in pregnant women.

Some patients are left with long-term eye, skin and genital complications.

Patients have a high fever, headache, “whining” muscles, shivering, and enlarged lymph nodes.

The virus also manifests itself in the form of purulent vesicles. Symptoms can appear from days 5 to 21 of the disease.
