It is reported that Israel struck military air bases in southern Syria.

This is reported by Syrian and Israeli media, possible targets were ammunition and weapons depots in the regions of Darya and Suweida.

The Jerusalem Post writes that one of the strikes hit an Assad-owned factory to prevent rebels from taking it over.

The Israeli army confirmed that its forces have advanced deep into Syrian territory from the Golan Heights.

It is also reported that the Russians are withdrawing the remaining ships in Tartus and overturning the remains of weapons and equipment from the airbase in Khmeimim.

According to intelligence reports, the Admiral Grigorievich frigate and the Engineer Trubin cargo ship of the Russian Northern Fleet left Tartus for the Mediterranean Sea.
