Israel has carried out airstrikes on the capital of Yemen

It became known that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out airstrikes on the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.

On Sunday afternoon, airstrikes were carried out on various areas south of the capital, Sanaa. This was reported by the Al Masirah TV channel.

This led to loud explosions that shook nearby neighborhoods, the Yemeni TV channel noted.

According to eyewitnesses of missile strikes on the Yemeni capital, about seven explosions occurred near the city.

It is noted the strikes hit the presidential palace, a power plant, and an oil refining facility.

The IDF destroyed the Houthi presidential palace in Yemen and attacked fuel depots, power plants, and power lines, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said.
