An Iranian student undressed to protest against persecution for “incorrect” wearing of hijab.
This is reported by student telegram channel Amir Kabir Newsletter.
It is known that in Tehran, a student of the Islamic Azad University stripped down to his underwear.
This happened after he was reprimanded for wearing a headscarf “incorrectly” and physically abused.
A university spokesperson confirmed the arrest.
“Following the student’s indecent act, the university’s research branch security services intervened and handed him over to law enforcement.”
The motives and reasons for the actions of the student are being investigated. He also stated that the girl allegedly has a “mental disorder”.
